We want you to love your Emi Emilia piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please email contact@emiemilia.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process any approved refund to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit the funds to your account.

Earrings & Hygiene

For hygiene reasons, earrings are supplied in sealed packaging. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges where the hygiene seal has been broken or removed, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

If you wish to return a pair of earrings, please ensure the hygiene seal remains completely intact.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return Postage

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, not as described or has been sent in error.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as Emi Emilia cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at contact@emiemilia.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return postage costs.

Your statutory rights under applicable consumer law are not affected.

Ring Sizing

If your ring does not fit as expected, please contact us before returning it. Where possible, we may be able to offer an alternative size or advise on the options available.
